It was a surreal feeling, standing backstage at Pride Cymru, knowing that in just a few moments, I would step onto the main stage before the headline act, the iconic Sophie Ellis Bextor, to perform for a crowd of over 5000 people. The energy in the air was electric, a harmonious blend of excitement, love, and freedom.
