You are Invited - Queer Emporium

'You are invited' was an event dedicated to Queer people of color. I got to take part in this wonderful event alongside other queer creatives. This event took place at the Queer emporium in Cardiff.

When I was filming my music video, "Fever," I met Muz, a proud and fierce member of the Welsh Ballroom Community, and we immediately hit it off. He invited me to be a part of his event, a celebration of the art and talent of Queer people of colour at the Queer Emporium. The night was filled with poetry, comedy, and of course, music.

As I took the stage and looked out at the large crowd, I knew I was in the right place. I sang my heart out, performing some of my most popular tracks including "Medicineman," "Lonewolf," and "Misty." The energy in the room was electric, and I felt inspired by the other talented performers who shared the stage with me.

Being a part of this event made me even prouder to be a QPOC and to have my voice heard. I am grateful to Muz and the Queer Emporium for providing a platform to showcase the art and talent of Queer people of colour.
